The Company was informed today that J C Dwek, a director of the Company, has sold a total of 525,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 23p per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, J C Dwek remains interested in 1,379,308 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 11.7% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
