Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS

The Company announces that it was notified on the 28th September 2011 that John Taylor, a Director of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at an average price of 12.75p per share, and now holds 104,508 ordinary shares representing 0.885% of the Company's issued share capital.

Note

The Company's issued share capital remains 11,807,014 ordinary shares of 10p each.
