Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

DIRECTOR DEALINGS

The Company announces that it was notified on Friday the 9th September 2011 that Peter Townsend a Director of the Company purchased 785,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at 12p per share , his holding representing 6.65% of the Company's issued share capital. He also holds an additional ordinary share of 10p, acquired for expedience during the process of dealing with the deferred shares.

Note

The Company's issued share capital remains 11,807,014 ordinary shares of 10p each.
