Changes to Significant Shareholders
W Resources Plc (AIM:WRES), a tungsten, copper and gold mining, exploration, development and production company announces that it received notification yesterday from Hansource Investments Limited that in aggregate, it holds 333,333,333 ordinary shares, equivalent to 11.55 percent of the voting rights in the Company, as at 26 January 2015.
