Notice of Full Year Results and First Quarter Trading Update Announcement

for the 52 weeks to 26 April 2020 and for the 13 weeks to 26 July 2020

Watches of Switzerland Group plc ("the Group") expects to announce Full Year Results for the 52 weeks ended 26 April 2020 alongside a Q1 Trading Update for the 13 weeks ended 26 July 2020 on Thursday 13 August 2020.

Management will host a webcast and conference call for analysts and investors on the day at 9:00am (UK Time) to discuss the FY20 Results and Q1 FY21 Trading Update.
