This notification relates to the total shareholding of Brian Duffy, CEO of Watches of Switzerland Group PLC (the "Company"), following the exercise of the nil cost option granted to him upon the IPO of the Company in 2019, which has now been exercised, and the disposal of such number of the shares arising from that exercise that was necessary to cover the tax liability that crystallised upon exercise of that option.
