Appointment of Joint Corporate Brokers

Watches of Switzerland Group PLC announces the appointment of Merrill Lynch International ("BofA Securities") and UBS AG London Branch ("UBS") as its Joint Corporate Brokers, to work alongside Barclays Bank PLC ("Barclays"), with immediate effect.
