Watches of Switzerland Group PLC (the "Company") announces the following transactions by PDMRs in respect of Ordinary Shares of £0.0125 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):
- Tea Colaianni, Non-Executive Director, purchased 4,518 Ordinary Shares at a price of £6.630857 per Ordinary Share on 1 April 2021.
- Rosa Monkton, Non-Executive Director, purchased 1,497 Ordinary Shares at a price of £6.68 per Ordinary Share on 1 April 2021.
- Robert Moorhead, Non-Executive Director, purchased 4,457 Ordinary Shares at a price of £6.73 per Ordinary Share on 1 April 2021.
-Ian Carter, Chair, purchased 15,943 Ordinary Shares at an average price of £6.847341 per Ordinary Share on 1 April 2021.
