Block Listing Application
Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and to the London Stock Exchange for 114,743 ordinary shares of GBP0.0125 each in the capital of the Company (the "Block Listing Shares") to be admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities using a block listing "Block Listing Admission".
The Block Listing shares will, upon issue, rank equally with all other ordinary shares of GBP0.0125 pence each in the capital of the Company that are then in issue.
The Block Listing shares will be issued by the Company from time to time under the terms of the Company's Share Incentive Plan and the Company's Annual and Deferred Bonus Plan.
The Block Listing Admission is expected to become effective on 18 January 2022.
When issued, the Block Listing Shares will be credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of GBP0.0125 pence each in the capital of the Watches of Switzerland Group PLC.
This notification is provided in accordance with paragraph 3.3.5R of the Listing Rules.
