REPURCHASE RESULT ANNOUNCEMENT

Transaction in own shares

Watches of Switzerland Group PLC (the "Company" or "WoSG") announces that on 14 April 2025 it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of £0.0125 each from Barclays Capital Securities Limited on the London Stock Exchange in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 3 September 2024 (the "Purchase"). The Purchase was effected pursuant to instructions under the £25 million share repurchase programme announced on 10 March 2025 (the "Programme").

WoSG intends to cancel the purchased shares.

Following the above transaction, WoSG holds nil ordinary shares in treasury and has 237,318,311 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 237,318,311 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator when determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Since the commencement of the Programme, the Company has repurchased 2,251,986 ordinary shares in aggregate at a weighted average price of 412.98 pence per share.
