Amendment to PDMR dealing notifications
On 1 February, 2 April, 1 May, 27 August and 1 November 2024, the Company announced details of various PDMR dealings in relation to the vesting of Restricted Share Units. Due to an administrative error, the Company was not aware that certain shares held by Matan Peled, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, had been automatically sold to cover tax liabilities arising from the vesting of his Restricted Share Units. Matan Peled was not aware of this error. The information in the tables below replaces those provided in the announcements on 1 February, 2 April, 1 May, 27 August and 1 November 2024. All other details remain unchanged.
The notifications below have been made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
