Result of Annual General Meeting, Board Changes
Windward (LON: WNWD), a leader in maritime predictive intelligence, is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held earlier today, all Resolutions put to shareholders (which were contained in Notice of General Meeting dated 18 April 2024) were duly passed.
The Board would like to thank shareholders for their engagement with the resolutions passed at the AGM.
The full text of the Resolutions is contained in the notice of the general meeting, a copy of which is available on the Company's website at windward.ai. The proxy votes received in relation to the Resolutions will be made available on the Company's website.
The Company wishes to confirm that Shereen El Zarkani has now stepped down from the Windward board, and Claire Perry O'Neill's appointment to the Windward board (as announced on 18 April 2024) has today been ratified by Windward's shareholders.
