Investor Presentation, customer wins and continued momentum in H2

H2 2023 update
Windward is pleased to report ongoing momentum as it closes out the 2023 year as it has continued to win new customers in all business lines, including:
Government & Public Sector
Prefectura Naval Argentina, the maritime law enforcement agency of Argentina, who will use Windward's AI platform to address security, economic and environmental threats in the maritime domain to augment its maritime domain awareness.
Ocean Freight Visibility
The Company is seeing the further adoption of its Ocean Freight Visibility (OFV) product among enterprise freight forwarders. New customers using the OFV solution include Scan Global Logistics, a global full-service logistics provider. We are also pleased to report the first paying customers via the previously announced LSEG partnership, which is expected to drive further revenue in 2024.
Compliance Platform
The current sanctions environment is contributing to the ongoing demand for Windward's compliance product, with the Company having recently signed its first UK ship broker who will use the compliance platform in their own operations.
The ongoing growth of the Company's customer base, successful execution of its land and expand strategy and careful control of costs provide increasing visibility as the Board looks to a successful 2023 and beyond.
This provides the Board with increased confidence in delivering results for the year ending 31 December 2023 comfortably in line with market expectations.
The Company will provide a Trading Update for the year to 31 December 2023 in January 2024.
