WARNER ESTATE ANNOUNCES £30.7M SALE OF SOUTHEND SHOPPING CENTRE
Warner Estate Holdings PLC announces today that it has exchanged contracts for the sale of The Royals Shopping Centre, Southend to Orchard Street Investment Management for £30,713,155. The sale is due to complete on 27 March 2009. The proceeds of the sale will be utilised to reduce the Group debt.
