Works Media Group (The) PLC31 October 2007 THE WORKS MEDIA GROUP PLC DIRECTOR DEALINGS The board of The Works Media Group plc (the "Company") was informed that CrispinBarker, chairman of the Company, yesterday bought 250,000 ordinary shares in theCompany, at a price of 2.75p each. As a result, Mr Barker is interested in29,755,000 ordinary shares representing 20.17 per cent. of the issued sharecapital of the Company. The purchase mentioned in this announcement was made byMr Barker's pension fund. Previous announcements of Mr Barker's holdings in the Company have beenoverstated by 1,020,885 ordinary shares; these ordinary shares are beneficiallyheld by David Aspin, an associate of Mr Barker's, but Mr Barker does notexercise voting control over them. In addition, as stated in the announcement dated 30 October and as a result ofthe placing of that date, Milcoz Films Limited is interested in 44,103,229ordinary shares in the Company representing 29.90 per cent. of the Company'sissued share capital. Costa Theo, who is a director of the Company, is alsodeemed to be interested in these shares as a result of being a director ofMilcoz Films Limited.
