Works Media Group (The) PLC28 March 2008 THE WORKS MEDIA GROUP PLC DIRECTOR DEALINGS The Board of The Works Media Group plc (the "Company") announces the grant ofthe following options to directors of the Company: Norman Humphrey has today been granted 2,500,000 options to subscribe for newordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1.125p per new ordinary share,being the current middle market price of the ordinary shares of the Company.These options are exercisable from 28 March 2011 to 27 March 2017. NormanHumphrey has today agreed to waive 2,000,000 options to subscribe for newordinary shares at a price of 10p each. As a result of this grant and waiver ofoptions, and the options he held prior to this announcement, Norman Humphrey hasa total of 4,500,000 options over new ordinary shares in the Company. Mick Southworth has today been granted 750,000 options to subscribe for newordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1.125p per new ordinary share,being the current middle market price of the ordinary shares of the Company.These options are exercisable from 28 March 2011 to 27 March 2018. As a resultof this grant, Mick Southworth has a total of 2,000,000 options over newordinary shares in the Company.
