Committee Changes

Workspace Group PLC (the "Company") announces that, following his appointment as Chairman of the Board of the Company with effect from the close of today's AGM, Duncan Owen has been appointed to the Company's Remuneration Committee with immediate effect. The Company's Remuneration Committee now comprises Lesley-Ann Nash (Chair), Duncan Owen and Rosie Shapland.
