eServGlobal (AIM:ESG & ASX:ESV), the provider of end-to-end mobile financial services to emerging markets, announces that it was notified on 18 February 2016 that on the same day, Mrs. F Conoley, spouse of the Company's Executive Chairman John Conoley, purchased 241,065 Depository Interests in the Company at a price of 2.07 pence per Depository Interest.

Following the above transaction, Mrs. Conoley holds 241,065 Depository Interests in the Company, representing 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company. In addition, Mr. Conoley holds 676,002 Depository Interests directly in the Company representing 0.25% of the Company's issued share capital. Therefore, following this transaction, Mr. Conoley has a total direct and indirect interest over 917,067 Depository Interests, representing 0.35% of the Company's issued share capital.
