Committee Changes

Geneva, 25 January 2024: Wizz Air Holdings Plc ("Wizz Air"), the fastest-growing European airline, announces that it has appointed Phit Lian Chong, Non-Executive Director, as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee with immediate effect.

With effect from 24 January 2024, Charlotte Pedersen will step down from the Audit and Risk Committee and will be replaced by Phit Lian Chong. Ms. Chong was the CEO of award-winning Low-Cost Carriers Jetstar Asia Airways and ValuAir from 2006 to 2012. Ms. Chong also served as an Independent Board Director and member of the Audit Committee on the Board of Tiger Airways Ltd, a low-cost subsidiary of Singapore Airlines.
