Geneva, 15 March 2021: Wizz Air Holdings Plc ("Wizz Air"), today announces that Mr. Peter Agnefjäll has resigned as a director of the Company with effect from 13 April 2021.

Mr. Agnefjäll was appointed as a Non-Executive Director in July 2018.
