Block listing of shares

The Board of the Company (LSE: [WISE]) (LEI: [213800LD9XCHIC1C4V71]) announces that it has made a block listing application to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange PLC for a total of 1,495,000 class A ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List. It is expected that admission of the Shares will become effective on 10 February 2023.

The block listing application relates to Shares to be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of share options held by David Wells and Ingo Uytdehaage, such options having been granted under the Company's legacy incentive plans prior to the Company's admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange and being as described in the prospectus issued in connection with such admission and the Company's subsequent annual report and accounts. The Shares, when issued, will be issued fully paid and rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued class A ordinary shares of the Company.
