Further to the announcement released by the Company on 3 February 2025, the Company wishes to advise that Mr Nixon holds 29.99% of the Company's voting rights in issue.
The Company announces that Blake Nixon, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has acquired ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), as follows:
