Dividend Declaration - Correction

This announcement relates to the Dividend Declaration announcement released to the market at 7.00am on 13 May 2015 correcting an error relating to the ex-dividend date, record date and expected payment date. The correct dates are as follows:

Ex-Dividend Date * 21/05/15

Record Date ** 22/05/15

Expected Payment Date 12/06/15

* Shares bought on or after the ex-dividend date will not qualify for the dividend

** Shareholders must be on the Winkworth share register on this date to receive this dividend.
