Dividend Declaration

The Directors of M Winkworth Plc ("Winkworth" or the "Company") are pleased to announce that the Company will pay a dividend of 1.6p per share for the fourth quarter of 2011 to shareholders, making the total dividend paid to-date for the current financial year of 4.6p per share. The timetable is as follows:

Expected Payment Date 16/03/12

* Shares bought on or after the ex-dividend date will not qualify for the dividend
