Majestic Wine PLC30 April 2007 Majestic Wine plc (the "Company") Total Voting Rights For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the Company notifies the market of the following: As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consistsof 64,102,670 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 7.5 pence each ("OrdinaryShares"), with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares inTreasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 64,102,670.
