Majestic Wine PLC announces that Rowan Gormley, Chief Executive Officer, bought ordinary shares of 7.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as follows:
15 700 Ordinary Shares at a price of 316 pence per Ordinary Share
Following the transfer, Mr. Gormley's beneficial interest in the Company will be 4 544 581 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 6.3 % of the issued share capital of the Company.
