Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that on 10 April 2015, Ian Harding, Non-Executive Director, acquired 3,000 ordinary shares of 7.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 299.65p per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mr Harding has an interest in 8,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
