Wilmington Group Plc20 July 2007 20 July 2007 Wilmington Group plc Close Period Share buy-back programme Wilmington Group plc ("Wilmington Group") announces that it has, through itsbroker Numis, commenced an irrevocable, non-discretionary programme to purchaseshares during the close period. Any shares purchased will be taken intotreasury. The close period share buy-back programme commences on 23 July 2007and runs up to and including 20 September 2007. Any acquisitions will be effected within certain pre-set parameters, and inaccordance with both Wilmington Group's general authority to repurchase sharesand Chapter 12 of the Listing Rules which requires that the maximum price paidbe limited to no more than 105 per cent of the average middle market closingprice of Wilmington Group's shares for the 5 dealing days preceding the date ofpurchase.
