Board Change

Wilmington plc, the provider of information, education and networking services in Risk & Compliance, Healthcare and Professional knowledge areas, is pleased to announce the appointment to the Board from 5 November 2020 of Guy Millward as Chief Financial Officer Designate.

Richard Amos, the current Chief Financial Officer, informed the Board of his desire to move away from a full-time executive role once a suitable successor had been found. He will resign from the Board and leave the Company on 10 December 2020 at which time Guy Millward will formally become Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. Guy will be joining Wilmington on 5 November and will be working closely with Richard and the rest of the senior executive team to ensure a smooth transition before Richard's departure in December.

Guy brings a wealth of experience to Wilmington following nearly twenty years as a listed company Finance Director and CFO working predominantly with technology companies including Kewill plc, Advanced Computer Software Group plc, Imagination Technologies Group plc and most recently Quixant plc. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with EY. He is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Eckoh plc.

The Board looks forward to updating shareholders on current trading at the time of its Annual General Meeting on 4 November 2020.
