The following amendment has been made to the 'Board Changes' announcement released on 16 March 2018 at 13:06 under RNS No 0185I.

The original announcement correctly stated that Richard Amos had joined Wilmington plc on 1 March 2018, however it incorrectly stated that he became Chief Financial Officer on that date. Richard Amos joined Wilmington plc on 1 March 2018 as an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer Designate and will succeed Tony Foye as Chief Financial Officer on 1 April 2018.

All other details remain unchanged.

Board Change 

Further to the announcement on 29 November 2017, Richard Amos joined the Board of Wilmington plc as an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer Designate on 1 March 2018. An orderly handover with Tony Foye is currently taking place. Tony Foye will formally step down from the Board as Chief Financial Officer and as an Executive Director on 31 March 2018 and will be succeeded by Richard Amos as Chief Financial Officer on 1 April 2018.
