Dividend Declaration

The Company has declared its fourth interim dividend in respect of the fourth quarter of the financial year ending 31 March 2025 of 1.60 pence per ordinary share, payable on 25 July 2025 to shareholders on the register on 4 July 2025. The ex-dividend date will be 3 July 2025.

The dividend of 1.60 pence per ordinary share will be paid in full as a Non-Property Income Distribution.
