In accordance with AIM Rule 17, the following information relating to Rupert Lowe, Chairman of WH Ireland Group plc, is required to be disclosed under sub-paragraph (v) of paragraph (g) of Schedule Two to the AIM Rules for Companies.
Rupert Lowe has today resigned as a director of Southampton Leisure Holdings plc ("SLH") which has appointed Mark Fry and David Hudson of Begbies Traynor (South) LLP as joint administrators to SLH.
