Director Shareholdings
Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group whose international brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin and Zoffany, announces that, following the award of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to its executive directors under its Long-Term Incentive Plan, the Company was informed on 28 July 2009 that the directors sold shares on that day, as set out below, to fund tax and National Insurance ("NI") liabilities incurred as a result of the share award. The sale price of the shares was 16.5p each.
