Statement re Suspension
The Company announces that it is unable to publish its audited results for the year ended 31 December 2010 in accordance with the AIM Rules. Accordingly, the Company's ordinary shares have been suspended from trading on AIM with immediate effect.
The Company is in the process of finalising its audited accounts and these are expected to be announced and posted to shareholders as soon as possible.
A further statement will be made in due course.
