£250,000 Sale of Leakfrogs to Thames Water

Water Intelligence is a leading provider of smart water monitoring products and precision, non-invasive leak detection and remediation services. The Group's strategy is to be a "one-stop" solution provider for water utilities and commercial and residential customers as the need to prevent water loss from leaks and to preserve a scarce natural resource is increasingly recognized in the UK, US and markets around the world.

Water Intelligence plc announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Qonnectis Networks Limited, has received a £250,000 order from Thames Water for its Leakfrog product. This order represents a 69% increase over the value of Leakfrogs delivered to Thames during 2011. The order will be delivered in the third quarter of 2012. This product sale supplements the good start to the year experienced by the Group's principal trading subsidiary, American Leak Detection Inc.
