Further re. Board changes

Further to the announcement made earlier today that Harry Offer has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, with immediate effect, and that Robert Mitchell has been appointed a Non-Executive Director of the Company, with immediate effect, the following information is provided in compliance with the AIM Rules.

Robert James Grenville Mitchell, aged 45, is a director of the following companies:

Bluehone Holdings plc

Bluehone General Partner (DCP) Limited

Bluehone Partner Limited

Bluehone Ventures Nominees Limited

Bluehone Limited

Resources in Insurance Group plc

Target Dealing Company Limited

In addition, Mr Mitchell is a partner of Bluehone Investors LLP.

Mr Mitchell has confirmed there is no additional information under Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM rules which needs to be disclosed.
