Richard Mann Taylor, the Chairman, made the following comments: "We have made substantial progress this year in converting initial customertrials into firm orders and the significant increase in repeat business from ourexisting blue-chip customers is equally encouraging. "Increasing utility costs mean that energy/water conservation is rising up thecorporate agenda and this is being reflected in our level of new businessenquiries. Similarly, our new environmental monitoring solutions are benefitingfrom heightened industry regulation and general environmental concerns.
