Director's Dealing
The Board of WANdisco announces that it has received notification on 20 October 2022 that on 20 October 2022 Karl Monaghan, a Non-Executive Director of WANdisco, transferred a total of 8,785 WANdisco Ordinary Shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares) from his private holding into a separate ISA account for his wife (totaling 4,395 Ordinary Shares) and personal ISA (totaling 4,390 Ordinary Shares). The transfer of the 4,395 shares into Mr Monaghan's wife's ISA was transacted at a price of 454p sold from private holdings and purchased for 454.75p per Ordinary Share by the ISA, and the transfer of the 4,390 shares into Mr Monaghan's personal ISA was transacted at a price of 454.5p sold from private holdings and purchased for 455.3p per Ordinary Share by the ISA, representing 0.01% of the issued share capital of WANdisco.

Transfer of 4,390 WANdisco ordinary shares to Karl Monaghan's personal ISA account
Following the transfer, Mr Monaghan and his wife's overall beneficial interest in WANdisco's shares remains unchanged.

The WANdisco shares referred to above are WANdisco's ordinary shares of ten pence each and the total number of shares in issue is 66,613,784 with each ordinary share carrying the right to one vote. The figure of 66,613,784 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
