Vistry Group PLC - Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and as an update to the announcement made on 31 July 2023, please note Vistry Group PLC's capital consists of 347,235,591 Ordinary 50p shares with voting rights.
The change from 347,231,628 Ordinary 50p shares on 31 July 2023 is due to the issue of 3,963 shares to satisfy the exercise of share options.
Vistry Group PLC holds 1,500,000 shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in Vistry Group PLC is 345,735,591. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Vistry Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
