Vistry Group PLC - Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and as an update to the announcement made on 30 April 2026, please note Vistry Group PLC's capital consists of 318,405,003 Ordinary 50p shares.
The change from 318,612,514 Ordinary 50p shares on 30 April 2026 is due to the cancellation of 207,511 shares as part of the Company's share buyback programme.
Vistry Group PLC holds 618,105 shares in Treasury. This remains unchanged from the shares held in Treasury on 30 April 2026.
Therefore, the total voting rights in Vistry Group PLC is 317,786,898. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Vistry Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
