Vistry Group PLC - Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and as an update to the announcement made on 30 April 2024, please note Vistry Group PLC's capital consists of 338,806,228 Ordinary 50p shares.
The change from 341,786,457 Ordinary 50p shares on 30 April 2024 is due to the cancellation of 2,981,070 shares as part of the Company's Share buyback programme and the issue of 841 shares to satisfy the exercise of share options.
Vistry Group PLC holds 706,956 shares in Treasury. The change from the 699,150 shares in Treasury on 30 April 2024 is due to the transfer of 31,055 shares to satisfy the exercise of share options and 38,861 shares being purchased into Treasury as part of the Company's Share buyback programme.
Therefore, the total voting rights in Vistry Group PLC is 338,099,272. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Vistry Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
