VTB Supervisory Council approves new share issue
On 26 April 2013, the Supervisory Council of VTB Bank (hereinafter the "Bank") approved decisions to increase the Bank's charter capital through the issuance of 2,500,000,000,000 new ordinary registered shares, with nominal values of RUB 0.01 per share, at a price of RUB 0.041. The shares will be placed through an open subscription and will be admitted to trading on OJSC Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS. Existing shareholders of the Bank will have the preemptive right to acquire new shares in an amount pro rata to the number of shares held by them as of 26 April 2013.
The Supervisory Council also approved the prospectus for the new share issue.
