Morgan Stanley are currently in the process of transitioning the business currently conducted by Morgan Stanley Securities Ltd ("MSSL") to Morgan Stanley & Co International plc ("MSIP"). The transition will take part in tranches and is due for completion by 1 April 2015. This notification is being made on the basis the Vesuvius Plc shares previously held by MSSL have now been transitioned to MSIP which has resulted in a change in beneficial ownership. Please note the aggregate holding across the Morgan Stanley group remains within the thresholds previously reported.
