NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN DIRECTORSHIPS - FOSECO INDIA LIMITED

Vesuvius plc announces that François Wanecq, Chief Executive, has resigned as a Director from the Board of Foseco India Limited, a company listed on the Pune Stock Exchange, Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India, with effect from 21 January 2013. Chris O'Shea, CFO, has been appointed as a Director to the Board of Foseco India Limited, with effect from the same date, 21 January 2013.

This disclosure is made pursuant to paragraph 2 of Listing Rule 9.6.14R.
