Notification of change in Directorship

Vesuvius plc announces that Jane Hinkley, a Non-executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, has been appointed as the Chairman of Teekay GP L.L.C. effective from 9 June 2015. Teekay GP L.L.C. is the General Partner of Teekay LNG Partners L.P., a Limited Partnership listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Jane has served as a Non-executive Director of Teekay GP L.L.C. since January 2005.

This notification is made in accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules.
