Vp PLC04 April 2008 Press Release 4 April 2008 Vp plc ("Vp" or "the Group") Acquisition Vp plc, the equipment rental specialist, announces the acquisition of the entireissued share capital of Redding Hire Limited ("Redding") for a consideration of£2.9m. Redding, which operates from its base in Northamptonshire, has been establishedfor over 17 years and is engaged in the hire and sale of shoring products andplant to the construction and civil engineering sectors. Redding will operate within Vp's Groundforce division, enhancing thegeographical network for that business. In the future, Redding will be able tooffer its customer base a wider range of services.
