Victoria Oil & Gas PLC25 January 2006 25 January 2006 Victoria Oil & Gas Plc Victoria Oil & Gas Plc ("the Company") the AIM-quoted oil and gas companyfocused in the Former Soviet Union today announces that it has allotted4,340,553 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each in the Company. The Ordinary Shares havebeen allotted as vendor consideration at the third completion stage inaccordance with the Share Purchase Agreement for the acquisition of the Kemerkoloil field in the Atyrau Oblast in the Republic of Kazakhstan. These shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued OrdinaryShares in the Company. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchangefor these shares to be quoted on AIM and it is expected that dealings willcommence on 27 January 2006. Following this allotment the Company will have atotal of 107,377,927 shares in issue.
