Victoria Oil & Gas PLC13 March 2008 Victoria Oil & Gas Plc 13 March 2008 Additional Listing Victoria Oil & Gas Plc ("the Company")(AIM:VOG) the oil and gas company focusedin the Former Soviet Union announces today that it has allotted, conditional onadmission, a further 6,165,267 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company. Of these, 5,980,000 ordinary shares have been issued to the trustee of theCompany's employee share ownership plan trust set up in respect of its 5%discretionary bonus scheme. A further 20,000 ordinary shares have been allottedto an advisor to the Company. The remaining shares have been allotted to employees in lieu of cash salary forthe six month period ended 31 January 2008, in accordance with the Company'sobligations under their employment contacts, at a weighted average price of 19pence per share. These share allotments rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issuedordinary shares in the Company. Application has been made to the London StockExchange for these shares to be quoted on AIM and it is expected that dealingswill commence on 19 March 2008. Following the allotment, the Company's capital will consist of 275,673,258ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinaryshares in treasury and so the total number of voting rights in the Company is275,673,258.
