Victoria Oil & Gas PLC15 August 2007 Victoria Oil & Gas Plc 15 August 2007 Additional Listing Victoria Oil & Gas Plc ("Victoria" or "the Company") the oil and gas companyfocused on the Former Soviet Union announces today that on 14 August 2007 itallotted conditional to admission a further 111,466 Ordinary Shares of 0.5 penceeach in the Company to employees in lieu of cash salary at a weighted averagemonth-end market price of 49 pence for the six month period ended 31 July 2007. These share rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued OrdinaryShares in the Company. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchangefor these shares to be quoted on AIM and it is expected that dealings willcommence on 21 August 2007. The total issued share capital of Victoria followingthis allotment will be 124,236,673 shares. The Company does not hold any sharesin treasury and so the total number of voting rights in the Company is124,236,673. The Company has also issued a warrant over 500,000 Ordinary Shares to an advisorexpiring on 30 June 2008. This replaces and extends an existing warrant held bythat advisor over 250,000 Ordinary Shares.
