Share buyback programme update

Vietnam Infrastructure Limited ('VNI', the 'Company') today announces that the Company is about to enter a close period ahead of the notification of its interim results for the half year ended 31 December 2012.

Pursuant to the share buyback authority granted to the Company's Board of Directors on 27 July 2012, the Company has appointed Numis Securities Limited to manage an irrevocable, non-discretionary share buy-back programme until the date on which the Company's interim results are notified, which is expected to be by the end of March 2013. During this period the Company and its directors have no power to invoke any changes to the programme and it is being done at the sole discretion of Numis Securities Limited.
